Pastor Ken Newman

 I Was at the groundbreaking ceremony of this church in 1964 as a teenager who had been brought up in the Church of God.  I served here at First Church of God, in one position or another (Sound board tech, usher, Trustee, Elder), from about 1991 after retiring from the Navy.  I served as an Associate Pastor for many years.  In December of 2010, I became the Pastor and have served in that capacity ever since.  First Church of God, Highland is in association with the Church of God, Anderson IN.
